I've known Concetta for two years when I contacted her about helping with promoting our band. She spent a considerable amount of time explaining her business as a social media promoter and then reviewing our band and offering her professional suggestions. From her examples I could see she was very good at her work and we agreed to give it a try. Here we are two years later and she has done an outstanding job. She greatly increased our bands attention on social media with her captivating electronic fliers. She often spends way more time creating them then what she charges me. Our relationship has turned into a friendship and I can see that her dedication to our band, and all her bands, goes beyond just business. She tells me often that she doesn't get a full nights sleep because she is working so hard to promote her bands. Recently she booked our band at a theatre in Hanford, CA in which she personally attended and made sure all the bands for the show were taken care of by providing food, booking our lodging, and promoting the show. She made us feel like super stars and we went home with an experience that we will always cherish. Concetta cares about her friends and family and it shows.

Booking "tribute gigs" is a difficult job, as both the venues and musical artists at "the tribute level" are often unprofessional and unorganized. Some are in the business merely to stroke their egos, while others are out to make a quick buck at any cost. Ms. Ellis is neither, she is earnest and honest and works very hard to put together bookings that are a win-win for all concerned. In short, she has integrity in a business environment that has very little of that commodity. Despite her busy schedule as a booking agent, Ms. Ellis also continues churning out an impressive number of posts, ads, stories and reels on social media. Taking a look at the daily output, one would think that there was a social media and booking staff handling all of this, but in reality it is just Ms. Ellis alone.
Bottom line, I've been very impressed with Concetta Ellis on both a professional and personal level.
Concetta Ellis manages four separate music groups that I currently work with as a professional bassist. Part of her various responsibilities are handling contracts, marketing, promotions, managing itineraries, finances, paying personnel, etc. Most importantly, she overseas, ensures that each contracted performance is handled with the utmost professionalism for all involved. I'm always paid in full on time.
In short, I have worked as a professional musician for many years. I am a graduate of a well-known music conservatory located in Los Angeles. During my career, I have worked with many promoters, talent agencies, touring managers, and music producers. Unfortunately, integrity within the music industry, at times, does not go hand in hand. However, my interaction with Concetta Ellis has been an extraordinary experience over the past 2 years. I have never experienced this in such a high level.
I can recall a situation from several months ago, where Concetta had thoughtfully informed some musicians after a concert that the music was subpar. I sincerely believe her intensions were to make the show even greater than the last for all to enjoy. Concetta indicated on all involved and that teamwork is the key to success. I feel our performances have accelerated exponentially ever since.
Concetta is extremely hard working, always creating new marketing ideas, and improving the image each artist. I trust Concetta and she personifies integrity.
